Bike arrived without a battery. Have been trying to get a battery sent from the company. So far not very helpful at all.
Have had this bike for a couple of weeks and have about 100 kilometers on it now...everything works great , powerful brakes , good motors . Solid heavy bike. Would like a bit more range per charge but it is drawing a lot of power so maybe I'll look into a second battery. Price was unbeatable at just over $1000 american.
